Iowa Flood Information:
A large part of Iowa has been hit by flooding over the past week. The Interagency Coordinating Council on Individuals with Disabilities and Emergency Preparedness (ICC) has been actively communicating with federal, state, local and private partners to monitor the situation in the affected area. For your information, the state of Iowa has a web site devoted to this disaster that contains information on volunteer opportunities, donations, resources, new & updates, road closure information, local government links, and obtaining assistance.
